Feed the Fire: How to Level Up Fast Toward Level 50
Burn fuel to raise your fire's level, then reinvest in earnings, placed spawners and stronger fuels. Follow the repeatable loop toward Level 50.
Drag fuel into your fire to raise its level in Feed the Fire. Start with logs, then feed in batteries, explosives and fireworks as you unlock them. Watch the FIRE LEVEL counter rise; the flame also grows visibly as you level it.
To speed up that growth, repeat this loop: burn fuel → earn money → improve earnings → place spawners → unlock stronger fuels → burn more fuel. Every piece burned pays money, and a bigger fire earns more per burn, helping fund the next set of upgrades.
The repeatable leveling loop
- Feed the fire with the fuel you already have. Drag the logs dropping onto the field into the flame. These opening burns raise your level and earn the money needed to improve the next attempt.
- Prioritize earnings upgrades early. Spend your money in the upgrade tree so later burns help pay for more purchases. Improve your starting fuel too: Organic Fire Value makes logs burn hotter and adds +10% fire value. That percentage describes fire value, so keep it distinct from an earnings bonus.
- Buy a spawner, then place it. Purchasing the upgrade is only part of the action: complete the placement prompt to put the spawner on the field. It then produces fuel continuously, expanding your supply beyond the loose fuel you collect manually. Keep feeding that output into the fire.
- Expand into stronger fuels and more production. Continue buying through the tree, where each purchase reveals more upgrades. Batteries, lightning chains, explosions and fireworks expand what you can burn, while additional spawners and faster fuel spawns increase the supply.
- Use the next round to earn your next upgrades. Feed the improved fuel supply into the fire and reinvest the proceeds. If the fire goes out, choose UPGRADE, make your purchases, then select START THE FIRE to try again with the improved setup.
As spawners and lightning automation build up, more of the feeding can happen automatically. Until that setup is working, keep dragging available fuel into the flame. For more help with production, see the spawners guide.
Keep growing through the storms
When the timer runs out, rain attacks your fire. Storms can lower its level, and an overwhelmed fire ends the attempt with DROWNED OUT. Each successive storm is stronger, so use the preparation time to feed the fire and keep it supplied during the rain.
A falling counter during a storm can be rain damage even while you are feeding fuel. Rebuild with more burns and use the earnings to strengthen your next attempt. The storm survival guide covers that part of the loop in more detail.
Level 50 is the game's advertised target. Work toward it by repeatedly improving both the value of your burns and the amount of fuel reaching the fire.
